Playground Fundraiser Update
We’re thrilled to share that we’re nearly halfway to our $28,000 fundraising goal to construct a new and improved playground at our community park! Your support has been incredible, and we’re excited to see this dream becoming a reality.
Donations of $500 or more will be memorialized on a special plaque displayed at the park.

Lead in Water Service Lines
Lead Service Line Inventory Guidance
PCC Water Department is required to report on any residence that may have lead in water service lines on the property side of the service line.
- PE water staff may be spot checking water lines on the property side of meters. This is required by state regulations to assess the presence of lead water lines on both the service and property sides throughout the community.
- If your cabin was built before 1990, please self-report whether you have lead water lines (or confirm their absence)
