Paradise Estates is a diverse community, composed of homeowners, both full-time and part-time, cabin retreats, recreational lots, and rental properties.  This mixed use consists of just under 400 lots and the variety of lifestyles makes Paradise Community Club a strong yet rather unique community.

Paradise Community Club HOA Board

PCC, Inc. is comprised of three part-time employees who maintain the office and water system and an all-volunteer 5 to 9 person Board of Directors.  Board members are elected by the general membership and serve 3-year terms.  Vacancies occurring between annual meetings are appointed at the discretion of the Board.  Board members are not compensated in any way with the exception of the Secretary and Treasurer, who are each reimbursed $50/month to cover their expenses.
