Community Guidelines
A Guide to Peaceful and Respectful Living
In a close-knit neighborhood, cooperation, regulation of behavior, and consideration for the community as a whole are very important. To assist lot owners in living together peacefully, while maintaining a fair environment for all, the community has adopted by-laws, covenants, rules and regulations.
Key Rules:
- Noise Control: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be mindful of your neighbors.
- Property Maintenance: Keep your property clean and well-maintained to uphold community standards.
- Parking: All vehicles should be parked in designated areas; street parking is not permitted.
- Pets: Pets must be on a leash at all times, and owners are responsible for cleaning up after them.
- Trash Disposal: Trash collection is on Tuesday. Ensure bins are brought back from street and stored properly after pickup.
- Speed: The max speed in our neighborhood is 25 mph. Please consider traveling slower given children, wildlife, and pedestrians.
- Rentals: Please display the Community Rules Quick Reference Sheet to inform your guests of the community rules. Thank you for ensuring Paradise Estates remains a great place to live and visit!
